Overview
At Infinity Collectables, we are committed to providing quality collectable products and complying with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges for products purchased through our online store.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product:
- is faulty or defective;
- is not of acceptable quality;
- is not fit for its intended purpose;
- does not match its description; or
- has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
Where a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item within a reasonable timeframe.
Proof of purchase will be required for all claims.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of collectible products, including trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, limited-edition items, and collectibles whose value may fluctuate after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes situations where:
- you ordered the wrong item;
- you no longer want the item;
- you found the item cheaper elsewhere;
- you changed your collecting preferences;
- you expected different card pulls, rarities, or contents from a sealed product;
- market values of cards or collectibles have increased or decreased after purchase.
Please carefully review product descriptions before placing your order.
Trading Cards and Sealed Products
Collectible cards and sealed trading card products are sold as collectible items.
Variations in card rarity, condition grading by manufacturers, centering, print quality, pull rates, or the contents of sealed products are not considered defects unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements simply because:
- a customer did not receive desired cards from a sealed product;
- the market value of cards has changed;
- a card receives a different grade than expected from a third-party grading service;
- packaging has been opened or tampered with after delivery.
Single Cards and Graded Cards
All single cards and graded cards are sold in the good used condition, unless otherwise stated in product listing.
We are not responsible for:
- subjective assessments of card condition;
- grading outcomes from third-party grading services;
- changes in market value after purchase.
If a card received differs materially from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged during transit;
- faulty;
- materially different from the item ordered; or
- incorrectly supplied,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at:

Please include:
- your order number;
- photographs of the item and packaging;
- a description of the issue.
We may request additional information to assess the claim.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact us for return authorisation.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding shipping and packaging requirements.
Items should be returned in the condition received where reasonably possible.
Return Shipping Costs
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For any approved return that is not required under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees will be refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.
